Adjust rack to top position and preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Wash and dry all produce.

Heat a large drizzle of @cooking oil{2%tbsp} in a #large pan{} over medium-high heat. Add @onion{1%unit}(sliced), @green pepper{2%unit}(sliced), and half the @garlic powder{1%tsp}(divided). Cook, stirring occasionally, until softened and lightly browned ~{6%minutes}. Stir in @chicken stock concentrate{1%unit} and cook until liquid evaporates. Season with @salt{1%tsp} and @black pepper{1%tsp}.

While veggies cook, place @flatbreads{4%unit}, dimpled sides down, on a #baking sheet{}. Rub tops with a drizzle of @olive oil{2%tbsp}; season with salt and pepper. Bake until lightly browned and crispy ~{4%minutes}.

Open package of @chopped chicken breast{12%oz}* and drain off any excess liquid. Season with @italian seasoning{1%tbsp}.

While chicken cooks, in a #small bowl{}, combine @mayonnaise{2%tbsp}, @sour cream{2%tbsp}, and remaining garlic powder. Add @water{1%tsp} 1 tsp at a time until mixture reaches a drizzling consistency.

Once flatbreads are toasted, remove sheet from oven. Carefully flip flatbreads dimpled sides up. Evenly divide @mozzarella cheese{1%cup} between flatbreads and top with chicken and veggies.

Transfer flatbreads to a #cutting board{} and drizzle with as much creamy garlic sauce as you like.
